Do I need a consultation first?
Every treatment is medically guided. After you join, we'll schedule a consultation where your provider confirms the plan is right for you before your first session.
What isn't included in a virtual care membership?
Membership fees pay for the virtual appointments and benefits described for each membership. Medications, in-person examinations, procedures, emergency care, and services from outside providers aren't included and may be billed separately.
