Dr. Derrick Randdolf, MD
Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Randdolf is a physician licensed in both Texas and Maryland with professional experience in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine. He is the founder of Texas NeuroTrauma Institute and StarMED Clinic, where he focuses on wellness medicine, preventive healthcare, integrative therapies, neurocognitive health, and patient-centered medical care.
Through StarMED Clinic, Dr. Randdolf provides a modern approach to health optimization that combines primary care, wellness services, IV infusion therapy, weight management, men's and women's health, neuro-wellness services, and restorative medicine. His practice emphasizes evidence-based care focused on improving overall health, vitality, recovery, and quality of life.
Dr. Randdolf is an expert in traumatic brain injury (TBI), concussion management, neurofeedback, qEEG brain mapping, and neurocognitive rehabilitation through Texas NeuroTrauma Institute, integrating advanced diagnostics and individualized treatment strategies for neurological recovery and performance optimization.

At GloVive Wellness and Medspa, Mariama is passionate about helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their own skin. She believes aesthetics is not about changing who you are, but enhancing your natural beauty in a way that feels authentic to you.
